SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Delivery: We ship most of our orders to arrive via UPS in 10-14 business days. Personalized, custom and “made to order” pieces are shipped between 4-6 weeks of ordering. Please Note: Items ordered together may not arrive in same box. Shipping charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.  Custom bedding, “made-to-order” and personalized items are considered to be a custom order. Custom order merchandise is non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Direct for Suppliers: Purchases sent directly from our suppliers may take longer. Specific delivery times for these items can be found on the item’s shipping information page.

• Additional Freight Charges:  Certain items due to weight and size may cost more to ship. This charge is listed on the product information page.
• Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories: Sorry, these orders will not be eligible for free shipping. Most of these orders will be sent by UPS. Larger items must be shipped via “UPS rush” extra charges will apply. Please email us  at shipping@sugarcreekbedding.com for a shipping quote.
• For International Orders: We do ship to Canada. For other countries please email us for a quote at shipping@sugarcreekbedding.com .  Sorry, these orders will not be eligible for free shipping. Extra delivery charges will apply.

Free Shipping is offered only to the U.S. 48 Contingious States for orders over $500.00 or occassional free shipping promotions.  Please call us to arrange Rush Shipping.

Shipping Information:

DAMAGED PRODUCT

From time to time a product may be damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item:

• Please save the box and all packing materials.
• Contact us at shipping@sugarcreekbedding.com or call us at 1-847-441-8020

We will contact UPS to come pick up the packaged to be returned.

Sugar Creek Bedding ships via UPS within the United States.  You may request another shipper and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Orders sent by Standard Ground and should be delivered within 5-10 business days. Packages under 2 lbs. may be sent USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If a specific delivery date is required please Email or Call with your request and we will do our best to fulfill it.

Orders will be shipped without the need of a signature, and will be left at the door if no one is home. Please ship to a business/work address or specify in "Special Delivery Instructions" if a signature is required for delivery. Sugar Creek Bedding is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. Our customer service office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5 pm EST and closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.

International Shipping (outside U.S.A.)
Please contact us for a quote to your specific location & address. To give you an ESTIMATE of what shipping would be:

1 to 3 yards approximately $15.00  USD

4 to 7 yards approximately $39.00  USD

8 to 15 yards approximately $49.00  USD

We usually ship internationally using USPS Priority Mail International for reasonable rates.  Contact us and we can give you the exact price for your location!  Takes approximately 7 to 12 business days for delivery. 

You may be subject to and responsible for import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country' you should contact your local customs office for further information.

You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

"Gift" Designation: If you so request in the comments section, we will mark your package as a "Gift," but Customs authorities require us to state the actual retail value of the girft item directly on the Customs Declaration form.
